1975 - Our Chef is born,

1980 - Cooking with Grandma
Chef Abril discovers her love for cooking.
1990 - Gastronomy Studies
Chef Abril has pursued multiple culinary certification courses
under the guidance of renowned chefs, which has equipped
her with exceptional versatility.
1992 - First Cookies
Mrs. Ana María Pelayo Michael, grandmother of Chef
Abril’s husband,was the first to buy the cookies,
and she instantly fell in love with them.
She encouraged Chef Abril to turn her
cookies into a business.
1995 - Ann's Delights Is Born
Chef Abril said goodbye to Mrs. Ana, and before
she passed away, she promised to name
the business after the woman
who had inspired it.
The cookies that once brought Anaso much joy
are now known as Ann’s Delights.
2025 - Ann's Delights LLC
In parallel, Chef Azari Cuenca has taken on a new
role as brand ambassador for Ann’s Delights in the
United States, collaborating with Chef Abril Plasencia on
the development of new flavors, culinary experiences,
and strategies to support the brand’s international
expansion. His presence in the U.S.
is instrumental in positioning Ann’s Delights as a
premium Mexican brand rooted in values,
cultural richness, and purpose.
